Rotterdam Photo 2026:
Exhibition Love Letters from the War

The project “Love Letters from the War” was presented at the Rotterdam Photo as part of the 2026 theme “Echoes of Silence – War in the Artist’s Soul.” Inspired by Rotterdam’s history as a port city, selected artists exhibit their work in repurposed shipping containers, creating a setting that steps outside the traditional white cube.

The exhibition featured a multi-layered installation combining film, historical black-and-white images, artefacts and the book.
