About

I am a visual artist based in Amsterdam, trained at the Fotoacademie Amsterdam. I work across photography, AI-generated imagery, drawing, and printed matter, often combining them within a single project.

My work explores how systems, social, institutional, cultural, shape the people inside them. And the tension of trying to survive those systems without being entirely remade by them.

Before turning to art, I spent 26 years in management consulting. My first photobook, The Art of Consulting (2024), came out of that period: a documentary record of the consulting world from the inside.

My current project, Love Letters from the War, is built from nearly a thousand letters written by my grandfather Karl to my grandmother Grete between 1943 and 1945. The project takes shape across a photo book, a film, and an exhibition. Published by Kehrer Verlag in 2025.
