Love Letters from the War will be presented in a solo-exhibition at the Photometria International Photography Festival.
Photometria International Photography Festival is organized by Entefxis, a non-profit organization, and has been held annually in Ioannina for 17 years. Recognized as one of Greece’s leading photography events, it serves as an open platform welcoming photographers of all levels who share a passion for the art of photography.
Love Letters from the War is a multimedia approach to historical memory, which combines authentic letters, drawings and photographs of a German soldier from the Eastern Front with contemporary artificial intelligence (AI) images and a cinematic essay, highlighting the existential interiority and moral stance of the individual in the midst of World War II.
